CHI-TOWN
Cody and I are going to Chicago tomorrow. I haven't been to Chicago since Lollapalooza, and didn't do much exploring at the time. So needless to say I COULD NOT BE MORE EXCITED.
The night we get there, we'll be seeing this band play. It will be SO FUN.

Hubble photos, and the things they inspire
Okay, so I know that these photos aren't entirely accurate when it comes to their actual color (for more info on that, read this). But, these representations of stars and galaxies are amazing and beautiful!
Check out this Hubble-inspired tie-dye design inspiration from Shabd! So pretty!
All of Shabd's stuff is super expensive, but there is a line of Shabd Baggu bags that won't entirely break the bank. I got mine in the mail yesterday and I love it, even though it's not inspired by space pics.

Behold, the Shironeko Holga
Of COURSE there would be a cat themed Holga, and of COURSE I would buy it as soon as I learned about it.
Apparently it takes some pretty cool pictures, and it has lights and makes cat sounds. Simply irresistible if you ask me. I'm pretty excited about testing it out on an upcoming vacation. Upcoming as in like a week.
I ordered mine from Four Corner Store.

Here, deer.
I know absolutely nothing about this photograph besides the fact that a guy named Brad Downey shot it and it is on a blog that isn't in English. But it's a pretty deer and I love it.
The blog post has more pics showing the making-of, and what I assume is some of his other work.
Check. It. Out.

Keeping my fingers crossed
Anthropologie is coming to Tulsa in a few weeks and I am pretty excited!
The only thing I'm upset about was the fact that they messed with the original building. Anthro went in where Harolds used to be and they took out the wisteria vine over the main entrance. What is more Anthropologie than wisteria that's been around for 50 years?!
Anyway, here are some things that I'm hoping will be at our store:
(those are coasters)
